Woollam Compendium Insurance Group is headed by Mike Woollam who schooled and studied in Pietermaritzburg and has over 40 years experience in the Insurance Industry. Mike Woollam is particularly highly qualified in insurance and has received the prize for first in the world whilst completing his Associateship with the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.

M.R. Woollam & Associates (Pty) Ltd decided to merge with Compendium Insurance Group a few years back which is one of KwaZulu-Natal’s largest insurance brokers. Compendium has roots in the City of Durban dating back to 1924. It is constantly expanding and is now represented countrywide. Collectively the Compendium Insurance Group has branches in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Pietermaritzburg and is expanding.

Honesty, integrity and dependability in all its dealings are central to Woollam Compendium’s success. Putting clients first, coupled with competitive and innovative products, has seen the group continue to grow despite increasing pressure from direct insurers.
